Books venue, coordinates setup/breakdown, handles rentals and insurance if needed.
Food & Beverage Lead (Jen)
Coordinate catering, drinks, dessert, and special dietary needs.
Entertainment Lead
Yearbooks, music, games, photo booth, speeches, etc.
Decorations & Theme Lead
Name tags, decorations, signage, and memory boards.
Photographer / Historian
Documents the event, organizes throwback photos, creates keepsakes or a digital album.
Set-Up Crew
